Pretty in Pink

When I discovered Iris Liqueur, I just knew that I needed to create a cocktail with it. I love the floral elements of iris and elderflower liqueur, so why not combine them with a bitter citrus? This elegant cocktail is lightly floral with strong grapefruit flavor complemented by the gin.

Ingredients

2 oz gin
1.75 oz grapefruit juice
1/2 oz iris liqueur
1/2 oz elderflower liqueur (St. Germaine)
2 dashes grapefruit bitters

Directions

Peel a strip of grapefruit skin if you’d like to garnish the cocktail. Squeeze your grapefruit juice, and add it along with the gin, iris liqueur, elderflower liqueur, and grapefruit bitters into a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake until frosty and strain into a coup or martini glass. Express your grapefruit peel over top and garnish how you like!
